CI/CD pipeline setup for a Node.js app

Looking to set up a proper CI/CD pipeline for my Node.js application.

I'm considering:
- GitHub Actions (free for public repos)
- Jenkins (more control)
- GitLab CI (all-in-one)

Which one would you recommend for a small team (2-3 developers)?
