My website is taking 4-5 seconds to load and I need help optimizing it.

Current setup:
- WordPress + 15 plugins
- Shared hosting
- No CDN
- Large images (2-3 MB each)

What should I tackle first? Any tools you recommend for performance analysis?

Quick wins:

1. Optimize images - Use TinyPNG or similar to compress them
2. Enable caching - Install a caching plugin like WP Super Cache
3. Remove unused plugins - 15 plugins is too many!
4. Use a CDN - Cloudflare has a free tier

Do these first, you'll see immediate improvement!

Also run Google PageSpeed Insights - it gives specific recommendations for your site.

Consider upgrading from shared hosting to a VPS if you're serious about performance.
